Extended-range touchless wheel aligner clamp
QC20
Zero rim contact for oversized and off-road wheel assemblies.
QC20 brings the QC Series self-centering tire grip and gear-driven lock to larger wheel assemblies. Its extended capacity supports oversized passenger, light-truck and off-road applications without separate extension arms within the published range.

Uncompromising design
Protect the wheel without slowing the alignment workflow.
Built for workshops that service larger tire assemblies while requiring protection for finished wheels, quick clamp installation and stable target positioning.
Confirm tire diameter, vehicle clearance, clamp condition and compatibility with the selected aligner configuration before use.
- 01
Zero rim contact
The self-centering arms engage the tire rubber, helping protect alloy, chrome, painted and refinished wheel surfaces.
- 02
Gear-driven lock
Turn the flywheel for rapid engagement, then use the dedicated lock and unlock mechanism to secure or release the clamp.
- 03
Extended integrated capacity
QC20 accommodates tires up to 43 inches without separate extension arms within its published range.
- 04
Balanced handling
At 2.7 kg (5.9 lb) per clamp, QC20 combines extended capacity with manageable weight for regular shop use.

Frequently asked questions
QC20 application answers.
Does QC20 use the same tire-grip method as QC15?
Yes. QC20 also uses a three-point tire-sidewall grip intended to avoid direct rim contact during normal use.
What tire range does QC20 cover?
QC20 supports tire assemblies up to 43 inches in outside diameter. Confirm vehicle clearance and aligner compatibility before ordering.
How does the clamp lock?
A high-speed turning flywheel moves the three gripping arms. A separate lock and unlock mechanism secures the gear-driven structure after engagement.
Does the clamp eliminate tire-sidewall flex?
No tire-mounted clamp can eliminate sidewall flex. The gear-locked mechanism is designed to prevent the clamp itself from slipping against the tire so runout compensation can account for the mounted assembly consistently.
When should QC20 be selected instead of QC15?
QC20 should be considered for tire assemblies that exceed the QC15 capacity or where the larger clamp range is required.

Need a different tire range?
QC15 supports up to 32″ tire outside diameter for passenger and light-commercial vehicles.
