Touchless wheel aligner clamp
QC15
Zero rim contact for passenger and light-commercial wheels.
QC15 uses a self-centering, three-point tire grip to keep its metal structure away from the wheel during normal use. A gear-driven flywheel and dedicated lock provide fast engagement and secure target positioning without a conventional friction knob.

Uncompromising design
Protect the wheel without slowing the alignment workflow.
Built for high-volume passenger-vehicle alignment bays that need quick clamp installation, protection for finished wheels and repeatable target positioning.
Confirm tire diameter, vehicle clearance, clamp condition and compatibility with the selected aligner configuration before use.
- 01
Zero rim contact
The self-centering arms engage the tire rubber, helping protect alloy, chrome, painted and refinished wheel surfaces.
- 02
Gear-driven lock
Turn the flywheel for rapid engagement, then use the dedicated lock and unlock mechanism to secure or release the clamp.
- 03
Integrated capacity
The clamp covers its published tire range without separate extension arms, reducing loose hardware around the bay.
- 04
Lightweight handling
At 2.4 kg (5.3 lb) per clamp, QC15 is designed to reduce handling effort during repeated bay rotations.

Frequently asked questions
QC15 application answers.
Does QC15 contact the wheel rim?
QC15 is designed to grip the tire sidewall without direct rim contact during normal use.
What tire range does QC15 cover?
QC15 supports tire assemblies up to 32 inches in outside diameter. Confirm vehicle clearance and aligner compatibility before ordering.
How does the clamp lock?
A high-speed turning flywheel moves the three gripping arms. A separate lock and unlock mechanism secures the gear-driven structure after engagement.
Does the clamp eliminate tire-sidewall flex?
No tire-mounted clamp can eliminate sidewall flex. The gear-locked mechanism is designed to prevent the clamp itself from slipping against the tire so runout compensation can account for the mounted assembly consistently.
Which alignment systems can use QC15?
QC15 is available for compatible TreadPlus 9000 Series imaging alignment systems, subject to hardware and target configuration.
Choose your capacity
Need a different tire range?
QC20 supports up to 43″ tire outside diameter for oversized, light-truck and off-road applications.
