Build the evidence before choosing the correction.

Alignment correction is a sequence, not a collection of independent adjustments. Mechanical faults and ride height come first, rear geometry establishes the vehicle direction, caster and camber normally precede toe, and every major tightening step requires remeasurement.

    Repair mechanical faults

    Correct looseness, damage, binding, tire conditions and ride-height faults first.

  2. 02

    Establish rear geometry

    Set adjustable rear camber and toe before using rear thrust as the front reference.

  3. 03

    Set caster and camber

    Follow the suspension design and account for interaction between adjusters.

  4. 04

    Set toe last

    Center the steering gear and distribute individual toe around the thrust reference.

  5. 05

    Settle and verify

    Torque correctly, settle the vehicle, remeasure, document and road-test.
