The TreadPlus brand is developed to represent the company's growing product line under a unified identity. The product range expands beyond alignment into wheel balancing and tire tread depth scanning — creating the foundation of a complete tire service ecosystem.
2017–2021
Going Global
TreadPlus establishes its international partner network: TreadPlus BR in Joinville, Brazil; AlineaPro in Cartago, Costa Rica; ANWA-Tech Sp. z o.o. in Sulejówek, Poland; and TreadPlus China in Beijing. HLT International Pte Ltd in Singapore extends the network into Southeast Asia. Each partner brings regional automotive industry expertise and a commitment to the same technical support standards set in Oakville.
2022–2024
The 9000 Series & RTA100
The TreadPlus 9000 series wheel aligners — AIO, Standard, and Mobile — are launched, bringing 3D image tracking, alignment targets and SureAlign software to shops across all six markets. The RTA100 Road Traction Analyzer series (SMT and FMT) introduces drive-over tread depth scanning with ±0.2mm laser accuracy. The QC15 and QC20 touchless tire-grip clamps round out the product ecosystem.
