Core Technology
See precisely. Measure repeatably.
Camera Vision combines calibrated cameras, optical targets, structured light, image processing and pattern recognition. In tread-depth scanning, a line laser projects geometry onto the tire while the camera observes and calculates the profile. The laser is an illumination method; the camera vision system performs the measurement.
1
Alignment imagingTrack target position and wheel geometry through calibrated camera measurement.
2
Laser-line imagingAnalyze the deformation of a projected line to reconstruct tread profile.
3
Pattern recognitionConvert visual information into repeatable measurements and technician guidance.
