SureAlign™ / Feature Guide / Runout Compensation

Standard Runout Compensation

Compensate for wheel, clamp and target mounting variation before alignment measurement.

Purpose

Compensate for wheel, clamp and target mounting variation before alignment measurement.

How It Works

The vehicle is rolled through the instructed movement while the camera system tracks each target and calculates compensation values.

When to Use

Use as the normal compensation method when the vehicle and bay allow the standard roll procedure.

Benefits

  • Reduces mounting-related measurement error
  • Establishes a stable reference before caster and toe work
  • Supports repeatable four-wheel measurement
