SureAlign™ / Feature Guide / Runout Compensation

Backward Runout Compensation

Perform compensation by rolling the vehicle backward through the required distance.

Purpose

Perform compensation by rolling the vehicle backward through the required distance.

How It Works

The cameras track target rotation during the backward roll and calculate mounting compensation for each wheel.

When to Use

Use when the bay layout, vehicle position or rack access makes a backward movement more practical.

Benefits

  • Provides direction flexibility
  • Fits different rack approaches
  • Maintains the same compensation objective as a forward roll
