Caster Sweep

SureAlign™ caster sweep supports different sweep angles and workflow modes, helping technicians balance speed and measurement precision based on the vehicle and job.

Alignment function

A practical balance between speed and precision.

Caster measurement depends on steering movement through a defined angle. SureAlign™ supports 7°, 10° and 20° sweeps. A conventional sweep stops at designated positions for maximum precision. Rapid Sweep records data while the wheel moves, supporting a faster workflow when appropriate.

1
7° sweepFastest workflow when space or speed is the priority.
2
10° sweepBalanced option for normal workshop use.
3
20° sweepHighest precision option when vehicle and bay conditions allow.

What it does in the workflow.

This page explains the function from a workshop and technician perspective, not as a service manual.

CONVENTIONALHighest precision

Stop at designated angles and allow the system to capture stable readings.

RAPIDFaster workflow

Continuous movement captures data while the wheel passes through ranges.

GUIDANCEVisionCue support

LED and sound cues help the technician follow the sweep.

RECOMMENDATIONChoose by job

Use conventional 20° when maximum precision is required.
